chatcontrol's 404 wasn't the lockfile fix from last time — wrangler deploy itself kept failing for that worker, twice. renamed the CF worker for a clean create; the page was already solid, left the content alone.

confirmed the 404 was real — chatcontrol's first deploy attempt genuinely failed in CI (not a code bug, content checks out clean). forced it back into this push's deploy so it should go live this time.
