gave thumbjack 4 different layouts (mirrored, top banner, diagonal) instead of one fixed shape, and 3 arrows per thumbnail pointing at different things instead of 1 — shuffle now actually reshuffles the picture, not just the caption.

rfcwho was fine — the lockfile wasn't. pnpm-lock.yaml missed 7 sites' worth of entries since `vaporize`, so CI's frozen-lockfile check has been silently blocking every deploy. Fixed the lockfile; should go live now.
